| Data Manager® 2000 is a continuous online machinery diagnostic software application intended for critical machinery assets. This modular application stores and collates vibration, process and performance data. Plant personnel can view this data in a number of diagnostic plot formats including alarm, historical, event, real time static and dynamic for steady state and startup/shutdown conditions. The process data interface, via these OPC links, provides users the ability to correlate process data with machinery condition information. Using the OPC client product this correlation occurs within Data Manager® 2000. The OPC server product provides machinery condition data from Data Manager® 2000 to connected external applications like data historians or HMI’s. Machine condition information and process data correlation is essential in solving many machinery problems. OPC data integration and Data Manager® 2000 enables users to better understand the interaction between process and machinery behavior. |  |
