Trends can be displayed through either of two products stPro and/or stOCX. stPro is a self contained application that can display any number trends. stOCX is an ActiveX control allowing users to create custom built applications that include one or more real time trends. Both products are built on the same Sapphire high performance trending engine.

The package includes an optional data repository (SapphireCollector) to store data collected from DA sources for offline analysis. In addition, use of the Sapphire Collector simplifies system configuration and minimizes the loading on control systems.
