The rendering of that value as a string is a choice made by the client that is not related to the value received.

2) It is not clear how you determined the precise value but if the client is rendering the value as a string incorrectly it may also be truncating the value.

I suggest you use a different client and see what you get.

For example :  pulling the data from source system is receiving as 2.04E2 which is equal to 204.0 whereas the precise value is 204.7137.

If you want 64 bit you need to upgrade to a modern .NET COM API.
