The iinformation model defines the required data structures, parameters, methods, state machines etc. for the communication among cleaning and pretreatment systems, between cleaning and pretreatment systems and supporting systems and from cleaning and pretreatment systems into higher level manufacturing systems (e.g. Manufacturing Execution System, MES), for information and diagnostic purposes and to set parameters regarding the cleaning and pretreatment system operation.
