Non-member Participant Acknowledgement

This document expresses agreement by “guest” participants to the governance model, policies, and intellectual property framework that apply to participation in OPC Foundation Working Groups.

A “guest” is in a company that is not a member of any of the cooperating organizations for a working group.
The procedure for the agreement is as follows:

• The “guest” agrees with the chairperson to be an active member of the working group and has read and accepts this agreement.
• The chairperson forwards name an E-Mail address of the “guest” to the President and Technical Director of the OPC Foundation.
• The Technical Director initiates the electronic signing.

OPC uses DocuSign for the electronic signature of the agreement. It is secure, legally binding, and widely accepted for most business transactions around the world.
DocuSign will send an Email to the “guest” with a link to the document to sign.
Once signed, the guest will be added to the working group.
