Bilateral Organization Cooperation-Agreement (Information Sharing) - BOCA, Template

This Agreement represents a lightweight framework for cooperation between the OPC Foundation and another organization, focusing on facilitation the exchange of information. Other than the MOCA, this agreement is not intended to address detailed technical collaboration.

OPCF uses DocuSign for the electronic signature of the BOCA. It is secure, legally binding, and widely accepted for most business transactions around the world.
To initiate the process the cooperating partner needs to send the contact details of the person to sign to the Technical Director. The details shall include the full name, title and Email address.

DocuSign will send an Email to all signees with a link to the document to sign.
Once signed, everybody gets a copy.
