Trademark Guideline

This document provides guidance for the consistent and correct use of OPC Foundation® brands, trademarks, and terminology across all internal and external communications. Its purpose is to ensure a clear, unified, and recognizable presentation of OPC UA® and its extensions worldwide.

By following these rules, members, partners, media, and other stakeholders help protect the integrity of the OPC Foundation® brand, avoid market confusion, and maintain trust in OPC UA® as the global standard for industrial interoperability.

This guideline applies to all communication channels, including marketing materials, presentations, publications, websites, and product-related documentation.
This document specifies the usage of the trademarks and logos such as organization logos (e.g. “OPC Foundation® Member”), technology logos (e.g. “OPC UA®”) or certification logos and any other logo of the OPC Foundation® but also the word marks such as “OPC UA CX™” or “OPC UA FX™”.
