There will be seven steps included in this online form and it will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete. All seven steps must be completed to submit your application. Your application will be reviewed by the OPC Foundation administrative team and you will be notified via email when your application has been approved. If you have questions, please contact us. When you have completed all steps, you will have the option to print a PDF version of your application.
What you need to complete the application:
- Organization name and address of principal office.
- Name and contact information for your organization’s designated representative.
- Name and contact information for your marketing representative (Optional).
- Membership level.
- Ability to electronically sign off on:
- The OPC Bylaws
- OPC Foundation Intellectual Property (IP) Policy
- Non – Disclosure Rights
- Ability to make payment via credit card, purchase order or invoice.
