AIR Process Data OPC UA Server

AIR Process Data OPC UA Server is an OPC UA server application developed by AI Robotics Co., Ltd. that exposes real-time process, chemical and quality data from automotive chassis parts production lines (surface treatment / coating line) to MES, SCADA and digital-twin systems.

– OPC UA Micro Embedded Device 2025 Server Profile (UACore 1.05)

– Built on the OPC Foundation UA .NET Standard stack (.NET 8)

– Security policies: None, Basic256Sha256 and ECC_nistP256 (Sign / SignAndEncrypt)

– RSA and ECC (NIST P-256) application instance certificates created automatically on first start

– User authentication: Anonymous and UserName/Password (password always encrypted, also on the None endpoint)

– Information model with read-only production data, operator input variables, subscriptions and data-change notifications

– Non-intrusive data acquisition from PLC / CSV sources via a local bridge
