OPC TestLab - Part 9: UA Client Certification

Defines a concrete test suite for OPC Unified Architecture Clients certification in a Test Lab. The test instructions and the environment are described.

This document also provides, via the expected results of the individual test case, a recommended “Best Practices Guide”. A client vendor will not fail a test for not following the best practice recommendation, but it will be noted as part of the Test Report. In turn the vendor may also add their own notes to the Test Report to explain why they don’t follow the best practice guide.
It is understood that the “Best Practice” recommendation will change with the type of client application.
