2.4.7 Condition States: "For conditions that do not track or require acknowledgement, the state transitions are simpler - just between enabled inactive, enabled-active, and disabled states."

2.5.2.1.3 OPCConditionEventNotifications: "AckRequired - An indicator as to whether or not an acknowledgement is required... it is the responsibility of the server to automatically place the condition into the Acknowledged state"

So, in case when no acknowledgement is required (i.e. AckRequired is FALSE), whether (as per 2.5.2.1.3) or not (as per 2.4.7) flags OPC_CHANGE_ACK_STATE and OPC_CONDITION_ACKED should be used?
