After disruption of power or network and reconnection established, dynamic data is not restored only last known state|Classic OPC: DA, A&E, HDA, XML-DA, etc.|Forum|OPC Foundation

How can dynamic data be restored after a disruption of either power or communication network occurs, or both, without rebooting the server to restablish dynamic data, instead of seeing the field transmitter's data last known state, after the 2 conditions above have been reestablished?

Can someone work with me in modifying the Server's source code then have it recompiled and tested to make this pesky characteristic of the server disappear?
