Is Win7 client, Win10 server possible?|Classic OPC: DA, A&E, HDA, XML-DA, etc.|Forum|OPC Foundation

I have a Win10 64 bit host for my OPC DA server, which is Indusoft (Studio,Scada.OPC.3).  Locally OPC works, Matrikon OPC Explorer.  On my Win7 client I can ping the host and the OPC test client finds the topics, but I either get access denied or topic not found when I try to connect.  I have tried everything I know of, including info on these links, to open it up and get it working.
