The best bet for people supporting 15+ year old products is to find a commercial SDK vendor. They have the resources to test their products against all of the permutations of old systems that people deal with. Having access to the OPC-F code would not help you deal with these kinds of issues.

The RCW is no longer installed with the CoreComponents.
Users need to use a NuGet package that was available to members only.
This was an oversight that has been corrected. The NuGet is available to all registered users:
