Remote OPC communikation error with MATLAB but work with MatrikonOPC Explorer|Classic OPC: DA, A&E, HDA, XML-DA, etc.|Forum|OPC Foundation

Hallo Guys,

i tried to connect a Client Computer to a remote OPC Server namely RSLinx remote OPC Server. The connexion work fine with MatrikonOPC Explorer and i can read some Plant’s values, but when i tried to browse the Server with MATLAB using the function opcsereverinfo(‘IP of the server’) it says either “Acces denied” or “errror in the security package“.

could someone help please ?
