Trouble installing Core Components. |Classic OPC: DA, A&E, HDA, XML-DA, etc.|Forum|OPC Foundation

Hi, I’m trying to install OPC Core Components Redistributable (x64) 106.0 and Keep getting an error with the text

I’ve tried following the link and downloading the file it brings me to and installing but no luck.

I do have admin rights and my IT group has disabled firewalls etc and they say nothing is being blocked. Is there something that I need to do to rectify this issue?
