I have been asked to upgrade my system from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The code was originally written for Windows NT 4.0 (it's very old). When I try to register the opc dlls (opc_aeps, opcbc_ps, opccomn_ps, opchda_ps, opcproxy,opcSec_ps, opcauto & opcdaauto) using regsvr32, I get an error saying the dll failed to load. Is there a newer version of the dlls that is Windows 10 compatible? Does anyone have a suggestion (besides rewriting the code) on what I should do to resolve this?

The DLLs probably need CRT libraries which are not installed by default on Windows 10.
I suggest you use the Core Components installer:
https://opcfoundation.org/deve.....omponents/
It will install all of those DLLs properly.
