We are getting error while connecting UA Expert client with OPC UA Prosys server Via Compliance test tool.

following are the error details-

CouldNotConnect:BadSecuredChannelIdInvalid- with Prosys simulation server

Error:Bad 'UserAccessdenied' was returned during activatesession -with Kepeware simulation server

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I do assume this is related to the desired endpoint. When the CTT is used in Client Mode it is not possible to use secure endpoints. The security concept of OPC UA does ensure that there cannot be a man in the middle which the CTT would be. Could you please give it a try with an unsecure endpoint?

With the Kepware Server it is different. Are you sure that the selected UserToken (username/password) is correct when connecting? Because the scenario with a connection over a unsecure endpoint but with a correct username password should work fine.

I hope this helps, if you still do have issues please provide some screenshots from the connection settings in the CTT (client mode) and the UAExpert.

Regards,
