I have a historian system on a site that uses OPC UA and stores the time series data points with an OPC UA quality code.

Also I have a requirement to transfer these data to central data storage in my company. This central storage has been used for several years and we have transferred data recorded using OPC DA classic for ages and hence it uses OPC DA classic quality codes.

My question is if there are some standard for how I should map the quality codes from OPCUA to OPC classic so that I can use our central data storage?

Look into UA Part 8 (Data Access). The UA status codes defined there match almost 1:1 the quality codes in OPC-DA classic.

If you miss something, look into Part 11 (Historical Data Access) where you find specific history-related codes.

Mapping should be obvious as the same names are used. Let us know if you miss one or more specific codes.
