Hi ,

We are able  to execute  test cases successfully for our OPC UA Client, However result tab in CTT Tool appears to be blank.

Is there any specific configuration which we are missing in order to have results in corresponding tab?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Shashank M.

Hello Shashank,

the result tab in the CTT is not intended to show an overall result view in Client mode. When testing a Client the CTT cannot know whether the test case passed or not. Each of the test cases are requiring a certain behavior of the client like printing an appropriate message in the trace or indicating issues in a different way. Because those indications cannot be checked by the CTT the CTT doesn't say anything about the result of the Test Case it only tells you whether it successfully was able to interject the desired StatusCode or did other actions written in the scripts. This means for the testing you need to check whether the CTT Script was able to execute its defined action and then somehow (manually or automatically) check the behavior of the client.

I hope this helps.
