Minimum UA Client Profile: Miscellaneous --> Need to write manual test cases|OPC Certification and Interoperability Testing|Forum|OPC Foundation

Hi Team,

For Minimum UA Client Profile, there is one service named Miscellaneous which describes following points:

Minimum Client Functionality: The Client as a minimum shall provide one or more of the following Facets to:-

* Lookup the AddressSpace (requires Browse Service)
* Reading Attributes
* Writing Attributes
* Use Subscriptions to monitor Attribute Values
* Use Subscriptions to monitor Events
* Invoke Methods

When I looked for test cases for the above mentioned Facets in Minimum UA Client Profile, there is No test cases available on Reporting Portal. So, I thought of writing manual test cases.

But, when I see Standard Profile test cases, then there are some services like View Service which covers Lookup Address Space/Browse Service, Read/Write Attributes covered under Attribute Service, Monitoring Attribute Values is covered under Subscription Service, Monitoring Events is a part of Monitored Items Service & Method call service has 2 test cases to analyse In/Out parameters.

Now, I am in doubt, whether I should write new manual test cases or execute all the relevant test cases of above Facets from Standard Profile ? Will executing the relevant test cases from Standard Profile work to get coverage of the above mentioned Facets ?

Please help me in getting these things, so that I can decide what should be my next step.
