I'm a newer trying to edit ISA95 file (Opc.ISA95.NodeSet2.xml) before building isa95 information model on opcua server, is there any example or best practice about this file? Including how define EquipmentType, EquipmentPropertyType and their subType(ID, Descrption, value) etc...

it makes me suffer ConfusedConfusedConfused
