We are working on an IO Link Master (Wireless) product and trying to incorporate the IO Link companion specification (opc-30120-ua-companion-specification-for-io-link-1.00-20190628) for the OPC UA interface on the master. However, the companion specification covers only wired IO Link specification and not the extensions for IO Link Wireless communication. Is there a roadmap or a plan for supporting IO Link wireless specification? Thank you.

  

Dear Deepak,

you seem to be the first one implementing OPC UA on a wireless master. This is your chance to shape the companion specification in this direction. Is it ok for you to get invited to our respective specification working group? Our next meeting is on 22nd October, 10:00-12:00am.
