Hi

I apologize before I start complete newbie when it comes to this.

I have a device that acts as an OPCUA server and it has generated its own certificate.

Problem I have is that the certificate is only valid for 5 years, I need to be able to edit this, but it doesn't seem to be possible

the company says my other option is to make my own certificate, again I've no idea how to do this and they wont offer any support.

are there any tools out there that would allow me to edit their certificate or to view all the information in their certificate so i could make my own?

Certificates are signed documents that are not editable be design.

You need a new Certificate.

The CertificateGenerator is a wrapper for OpenSSL that generates correct UA certificates:

openssl.exe can do the same thing but it takes more work to set up the parameters correctly.
