If the Configuration details are stored in a `configuration file` with a user-configured filename, then:
- The server opens without a configuration.
If the Configuration details are stored in a fixed-filename.
- A new configuration file is generated.
In either case, the server may:
- Prompt the end-user to locate the file first.
Hi ,
as part of Lab test cases execution for the certification, we came to know that the above test case is not implemented in our application.
I would like to know if the above test case is mandatory for certification?

Hello,
its always helpful if you can provide the conformance unit and test case number when asking about certain test cases, that helps us finding it quicker and provide more guidance.
In general any test case which is in a supported or mandated CU is required to be supported by the product.
