LDS Crashes on start|OPC UA Implementation: Stacks, Tools, and Samples|Forum|OPC Foundation

I have downloaded and installed the LDS opc-ua-1.02-lds-setup-335.1-20150126 and when starting the application crashes with the following error in the event log.

Does the installer install the appropriate CRT or do I need to install them separately?

If yes what version do I need to install?

My operating system is Windows 7 SP1 64 bit.
