OPC UA compatible Data Model|OPC UA Implementation: Stacks, Tools, and Samples|Forum|OPC Foundation

I have just started looking into OPC UA and am keen to implement the model in our Organisation to store live data coming from our edge devices. I want to create a data model to be used to store the data of our devices in the cloud. The idea is to use the live data storage as a digital twin of all the field assets and also apply AI/ML models on extractions from the data. Rather than starting the database design from scratch, are there some example data models out there already that I can use? Any help would really be appreciated.
