I have project developed in .NET 4.6.1 and i want to refer OPC core dll and opc client dll which is in 4.6.2. so how can i do that?

You can't link to a newer version of the framework.

You should upgrade your app to 4.6.2 because that is the version that gets security patches from Microsoft.

Keeping your app at 4.6.1 is a risk.
