Is the assumption ApplicationUri = NamespaceArray[1] = ServerArray[0] correct?

Or can the ApplicationUri differs from NamespaceArray[1] = ServerArray[0]?

 

Edit:

The ServerUri returned by this Service shall be the same value that appears in index 0 of the ServerArray property (see Part 5). The ServerUri is returned as the applicationUri field in the ApplicationDescription (see 7.1)

So I believe I found the spec part and my assumption was correct.
