Does GetEndpoints discovery service require LDS to have security?|OPC UA Standard|Forum|OPC Foundation

I am in the process of creating an LDS using Milo SDK by Eclipse. I have created a UA Server that has been configured to enable my implementation of the discovery service set. The problem is that when I try to use the ProSys server simulator to register itself to my LDS, it says: "Request endpoint not supported by the server: opc.tcp://localhost:4840/UADiscovery/discovery [https://opcfoundation.org/UA/SecuirtyPolicy#Basic128Rsa15,SignAndEncrypt]"

Because of this, I am wondering if the GetEndpoints service requires LDS to have security options in order for the ProSys simulator server to register itself to the LDS.
