Security Certificate Administration: TestcaseId 001

Test Case Description:
Establish a Client connection using a certificate issued by the CA.

Test Requirements:
Configure the server trust list to trust a Certificate Authority (CA).

Expected Result:
Connection is successful.

We came across this test case in Security Certificate Administration. But we got the same type of test case in Security Administration (TestCaseId 004) which says, “Issue the client certificate using certificate authority. Establish a secure connection to the server.”
Hence wanted to know how these test cases are different from each other?

One tests the connection. The other tests something after a secure connection is created.
