Does the OPC UA specification specify methods like

AddUser(username, password, UserAccessLevel)
RemoveUser(username, password)
ModifyUser(username, UserAccessLevel)

regardless the new introduced Roles?

Part 12 Key Credential Management has something that might be useful, however, the WG has deliberately avoided adding these kinds of methods because federated identity management and token based access is a better technical solution.
