Greetings,

 

There are two sets of files hosted in the OPC Foundation’s UA-Nodeset GitHub repository located here: https://github.com/OPCFoundati…..ter/Schema

 

My understanding is that these two files specify what is contained in a UA Server’s address space, the difference being (my guess) that NodeSet2 uses a newer XML schema and the older NodeSet.xml is provided for backwards compatibility. Is that correct?

Ignore the NodeSet.xml – is a non-normative format internal to the .NET codebase. It will be removed from the OPC-F website (people who need it can go to GitHub).
