OPC UA LDS fails to start

I have run into a situation where the OPC UA LDS 1.02.335 fails to start and reports an "Error 1 : Incorrect function".

I have uninstalled it and re-installed which has not helped.

Port 4840 is not in use by any other application

Can anyone help with this?

Please update to the latest LDS. Security vulnerabilities exist in that version.
