Hi,
I've observed a mismatched in definitions of CertificateGroupType between the "OPC Unified Architecture Specification Part 12, Release 1.04, Feb. 7, 2018" and NodeSet2 V1.04.11. More specifically, optional GetRejectedList method (id="23526") is added in the NodeSet2.xml V1.04.11 but is not present in the Specification Part 12 - Release 1.04.
May I know why this change exists in the latest version of NodeSet2.xml V1.04? Is there any other changes in this particular specification that has not yet been made public?

The 1.04 version of the specification includes errata:

The version in the NodeSet indicates which version of the errata you need to read to understand the current state of the specification.
The GetRejectedList method was added in errata 1.04.9:

Note that the errata model has been discontinued for 1.05.
With 1.05 we will release updated specification documents each time the NodeSet changes.
