OPC UA Server C# sample|OPC UA Standard|Forum|OPC Foundation

Hi, 

I'm studying on OPC UA. My project is supervising a PLC through OPC UA.

I found this link which is instructing about OPC UA Server:

The problem is that in the first task of Step 1, it said:

Open Visual Studio .NET 2013 and then open the Sample Applications Source Code solution:
OPC UA 1.02 .NET StackAndSamples [xxx]\UA Quickstart Applications.sln

I don't know where to find that file. 

Hope you guys can help me with that.

All so, is this Server instruction match my requirement? Or can you recommend me another way to write a Server? Thank you so much
