I have developed OPC UA SERVER application using CSharp(C#) language

My requirement is : OPC UA server shall revise the Sampling Interval value to 0 when the monitored item is created

How to implement this?

This is not appropriate to do unless the variable supports exception based reporting (i.e. any change is automatically reported to the server).

If a variable is sampled then the sampling interval must be non-zero value.
