i'm using an Arburg machine which is an IMM

and when i tried to connect to the server using UAexpert there was a username and a password that are required,

moreover on the machine i can only modify the password but i can't see the username

where can i find the username ?

The user name must come from the server documentation. There is nothing in the UA interface that will allow that.

where can i find te server documentation ? . i have a file.zip which i think it's the server documentation but i can't access it because it requires a password.
