Reach OPC UA Server via M2M network|OPC UA Standard|Forum|OPC Foundation

Hi, I have a question that someone might be able to help me with.

I am working on a project where I have on side 1:
 - A PLC (OPC UA Server) via ethernet cable connected to a Router with an M2M SIM card.
On the other side:
 - A Visualization program (OPC UA Client) at the office network where I have to enter the Endpoint URL (opc.tcp://IP-Address:Port). 

Can I enter the IP-Address of the M2M Sim card here (And then click through the router to the PLC?) or do I need an OPC UA Wrapper program or the something else?
