Hello,

I have a question about ReferenceTypeId matches a Reference Grandparent

Image Enlarger

HasOrderedComponent is subtype of HasComponent

HasComponent is subtype of Aggregates

Lets said if i have a Variable/Object Node with Aggregates & HasComponent & HasOrderedComponent  Reference TypeId

Aggregates is grand parent reference for HasOrderedComponent ,right?

Thanks

Yes. Why does it matter? The operation that generally used is IsSubtypeOf or IsEqualToOrSubtypeOf. The number of hops in the hierarchy should not matter.

Hello,Randy

Thanks for your reply.

Actually I ran ReferenceTypeId matches a Reference Grandparent Test on CTT,I create a variable Node with Aggregates & HasComponent & HasOrderedComponent, but test always failed.

It said number of hop is level 1 not 2,so i was wondering that Maybe i misunderstand about this Test.

It seems my understanding is correct

Thank you very much
