siemens plc to pc communication using KepServer|OPC UA Standard|Forum|OPC Foundation

Hello. I have a communication problem with a siemens s7-1500 plc.
when I go online on the TiaPortal software and monitor the plc, kepserver also gets connected, and all the tags go into "Good" condition when checking from Quick Client. but if I restart the PC, all the tags in Quick Client go in "Bad" condition and the connection gets lost again... until I go online with Tia Portal. whenever I go Online with Tia Portal the Kepserver Also gets Connected. I want the kepserver to automatically connect to the plc whenever I turn on the PC. I'll be thankful if you could help me on this matter.
