UA DA: use of structures as variables|OPC UA Standard|Forum|OPC Foundation

I have been working a few with OPCUA but not in its details.

I am using Schneider M251/M262 PLCs as servers. In their configuration I can create a node tree containing variables and complex structures, that appear as type "ExtensionObject" in the UAexpert client.

I am trying to know if it is possible to read/write a structure as one variable, and not access each of the variables one by one.

By creating the same structure on the client side, and reading the structure as one variable, it could reduce the number of licences points on my SCADA client (Panorama).
