Hi,
I am using OPC UA .Net SDK 1.4.366 VERSION (DotNetStandard - OPC UA Server.dll version is 1.4.366)
Will it be supports OPC UA 1.04 specification?
My requirement is :
The OPC-UA server shall be compliant to version 1.04 of OPC-UA standard

There is no way to be compliant with a version of the specification.
A product can only be compliant with profiles and there are some profiles which are new in 1.04.
To meet this requirement you need to determine exactly which 1.04 profiles need to be supported:

So, you mean to say OPC UA .Net SDK 1.4.366 VERSION supports of OPC UA 1.04 specification. is it right?

I am saying that 'supporting the specification' requires more than just the version.
In this case, OPC UA .Net SDK 1.4.366 has the 1.4 NodeSet included and it supports many 1.04 profiles but it also supports 1.05 profiles.
You need to enumerate the profiles you need and then check if the SDK supports those profiles.
