Alarm Control Center
The Alarm Control Center (ACC) is an alarm software which reliably forwards messages from control and visualization systems to smartphones, mobile phones, pagers and many other end devices such as laptops, tablets and PCs.
The messages are always sent directly and fully automatically to the responsible person or group. If the recipient of an initial alarm fails to react to a message within the defined response time, the system immediately forwards it to other recipients.
The ACC has a modular architecture and therefore can be seamlessly integrated into the existing telecommunication infrastructure. It is freely scalable to accommodate your needs: From few messages per day to over a million messages per month in three shift operation.
Furthermore, the ACC permits intuitive operation without special knowledge or time consuming intensive training.

In order to ensure reliable transmission of the alarms from the production control system to your end device, we annually update the ACC. This means that a new version of our alarm software is available to you every year. Each version includes numerous innovations – new features and optimizations that further improve the overall usability and functionality of the Alarm Control Center.
