SDEX Suite Gateway
The SDEX Suite Gateway simplifies industrial data integration by providing secure connectivity to PLC and CNC controllers. Based on the OPC UA standard, it enables reliable and secure data exchange with higher-level systems such as ERP, MES, and SCADA in both new installations and existing plants.
In addition, the SDEX Suite Gateway provides MQTT publish/subscribe functionality for the direct integration of machine data into private or public IoT cloud applications on the IT side. Its standards-based MQTT implementation supports a wide range of cloud providers. Like OPC UA, MQTT includes security mechanisms such as encrypted connections using TLS, certificate-based authentication, and user authentication to ensure a high level of data security.
To maximize security and operational performance in dedicated environments, the SDEX Suite Gateway includes three key applications: device management, license management, and a communication interface.
With these capabilities, the SDEX Suite Gateway provides a compact, secure, and future-ready solution for scalable data integration.
