(3) OPC UA Interoperability for Cloud Scenarios European regulations: See live demos like the Digital Product Passport, Battery Passport Product Carbon Footprint implemented rapidly on a stabile technology platform OPC UA. OPC UA has also been chosen to
as OPC UA provides powerful modeling capabilities plus built-in transport and security. These features can also be used in cloud scenarios for robust interoperability between Digital Twins: For sure nobody is using TCP and UDP for transport inside cloud scenarios but instead file transfer, REST-Interfaces and MQTT as transport. All these transport mechanisms are supported by OPC UA for long years. |
