I am running HDA compliance test for one of my server. The configuration is set and on executing compliance test, some of the test cases (Insert, Insert/Replace, DeleteAtTime,DeleteRaw) from IOPCHDA_AsyncUpdate  and IOPCHDA_SyncUpdate interfaces are failing with error ”Test Case caused access violation in test client’.

I am not able to understand this error. Can you please help what does that error mean.

Hello Shubhi,

This is definitely not standard behavior. I wonder if your installation is corrupted. Do you have another PC (real or virtual) that you could try? I might suggest downloading the components again just in case they are corrupted:

https://opcfoundation.org/deve…..-tool-ctt/

If the problem persists then let’s work together via compliance@opcfoundation.org

Hi Nathan,

Thanks for your reply.

I have tried uninstalling/installing the Compliance tool again and the behavior is same. I have also tried running compliance test on two three different machines(real PC), but it is getting same error.

I have sent you detailed mail with CTD file attached. I hope that helps in figuring out the issue.

Regards,

Shubhi
