You are correct in that the profile that describe minimum functionality for servers of certain classes does not describe this and the profiles should be updated to explicitly describe this. I have entered a mantis issue to track this change

Is it fair to require a device implementing the micro embedded profile to have 4 secure channels? Each channel must be able to handle at least 8192 bytes (minimum send/receive buffer sizes specified by the OPC UA TCP Hello/Acknowledge message in Part 6) in the send and receive direction respectively. This will require 16K memory per connection and in total 65K memory for just send/receive buffers for all connections.
